By using Graiden, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all content you forward to our service. You use this service entirely at your own risk. Graiden provides no warranties and disclaims all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect and process the following information, subject to your explicit consent:
- Transaction data extracted from emails you voluntarily forward to your unique forwarding address
- Manually added expenses and financial information you choose to input
- Authentication and account details via secure OAuth providers
- Device and usage data for service optimization (anonymized where possible)
USER RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY WAIVER
You are entirely responsible for:• Ensuring you have legal authority to forward any email content to Graiden• The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all forwarded content• Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction• Any consequences arising from data you provide to our service
Graiden assumes no responsibility and accepts no liability for any sensitive, personal, confidential, or inappropriate data that you forward. You indemnify Graiden against all claims arising from your use of the service.
2. How We Process Your Information
We process your data solely for the following purposes:
- Automated expense tracking and transaction categorization
- Providing financial insights and budgeting tools
- Service maintenance and improvement (on a best-effort basis)
THIRD-PARTY AI PROCESSING
By using Graiden, you explicitly consent to:
- Processing of your data by third-party AI providers
- Temporary storage and processing of forwarded emails
- Potential data transmission to AI services located outside Singapore
We make no warranties about third-party AI processing accuracy, availability, or security. Third-party terms of service apply to their processing of your data.
Email Processing Protocol
Forwarded emails are processed in real-time to extract transaction data. Emails may be temporarily stored in secure cloud storage during processing and are deleted promptly afterward. However, we cannot guarantee complete deletion or that traces may not remain in system logs, backups, or third-party services.
3. Data Storage and Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures using industry-standard cloud infrastructure and databases, but provide no guarantees regarding data security. Your data may be stored across various secure third-party platforms and services.
SECURITY DISCLAIMER: No system is 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept all risks associated with data transmission and storage. Graiden shall not be liable for any security breaches, data loss, or unauthorized access, regardless of cause.
4. Third-Party Services
We utilize various third-party services to provide our functionality, including but not limited to:
- AI Processing Services: For transaction data extraction and categorization
- Authentication Providers: For secure account access
- Payment and Subscription Services: For billing and subscription management
- Cloud Infrastructure: For data storage, processing, and service delivery
Each third-party service is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Graiden assumes no responsibility for their practices, availability, data handling, or security measures.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your transaction data only while your account remains active. You may:
- Delete individual transactions at any time
- Delete your entire account and associated data by contacting support
- Use offline mode to store data locally on your device
Note: Account deletion triggers data removal on a best-effort basis. We cannot guarantee complete removal from all systems, backups, logs, or third-party services that may have processed your data.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information:
- To third-party AI providers for processing purposes
- As required by law or legal process
- To protect our rights, property, or safety
- In connection with a business transfer or merger
7. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
GRAIDEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.• We do not guarantee service availability, accuracy, or reliability• AI processing may produce errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results• We may suspend, modify, or terminate services at any time• You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAIDEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, if any.
9. User Rights (Subject to Limitations)
You may request to access, update, or delete your data, subject to technical and legal limitations. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee complete compliance due to system constraints and third-party dependencies.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Singapore, or at Graiden's option, through Singapore courts.
