  • User transactions (including data from connected Gmail accounts)
  • Calendar event data (titles, descriptions, times)
  • Uploaded images
  • Chat history with the AI
  • Authentication and account details via OAuth (Clerk)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide personalized AI-powered financial insights
  • Improve service performance on a per-user basis
  • Store and display your financial history and queries
  • Read upcoming calendar events to suggest actions or avoid conflicts
  • Add reminders or spending-related events to your calendar

If Gmail is connected, we only access emails related to financial transactions. Non-transactional emails are ignored and never stored.

If Calendar access is enabled, we only use event metadata to assist with financial planning.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored on Supabase and AWS servers.

We use OpenAI services for natural language processing to power AI features. Some Gmail or Calendar data may be sent to OpenAI to support per-user functionality. This data is not used to train generalized or non-personalized AI models.

4. Authentication

Authentication is handled via OAuth through Clerk. We do not store your passwords directly.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your account, please contact us at adenteo@gmail.com.

6. Sharing of Data

We do not sell or share your sensitive personal data with any third parties.

Google Workspace data (e.g., Gmail and Calendar) is never shared with third parties for the purpose of training generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models.

7. User Rights

You may request to view, update, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at adenteo@gmail.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically.
